Dave Baker is the Managing Director of BitterSweet Creative, a full-service creative agency based in Washington, DC. Under his leadership, BitterSweet Creative has recieved numerous awards, including Davey, W3, Webby, Telly, and Muse Awards. Having traveled to more than 30 countries, Dave brings a global perspective to his role. As an operations leader, he bridges creative vision with the systems needed to produce impactful results. Dave graduated from Taylor University in 2011 with a degree in media Communications and Systems. Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and daughter. Together, they share a love for travel and home renovation. 

Nick Chamberlain is a 2015 Taylor Alumnus and works as the Head Environments and Generalists at Barnstorm VFX, where he creates fully CG shots and digital environments for film and television. Nick leverages his film production experience from Taylor in his work, frequently capturing practical footage and elements for use in visual effects shots. His credits range from Avatar: The Way of Water to One Piece to Grey’s Anatomy. Nick’s work has earned him two Primetime Emmy nominations, three Visual Effects Society nominations, and two Hollywood Professional Association award nominations. Nick is also an educator, producing more than 100 hours of online visual effects training for Rebelway.net.
