Tim has over 10 years of experience in computer graphics with a wide variety of skill sets and experiences from virtual reality to high- end visual effects. Tim is currently a Co-Founder at Creature Art & Mechanics developing next generation digital creature technology for the entertainment industry. Before serving as a Senior Rigging Technical Director at Digital Domain on Jack The Giant Slayer, Tim helped bring the furry creatures of Rango to life as a Creature Technical Director at Industrial Light & Magic. On the first Transformers, Tim served as Creature Supervisor at ILM overseeing the character setup and animation tools. Before helping turn cars into giant robots he worked on the mutant sea life crew of Pirates of the Caribbean 2:Dead Man’s Chest. His specific role was developing the key frame rigging system for Davy Jones’ tentacles. As a Sequence Supervisor and Development Lead on Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith his main responsibilities included character setup, creating toolsets for creature artists and animators, pipeline development and rigid body dynamics.

Before entering the film industry Tim worked at ECC International, a defense contractor working on flight simulation and virtual reality trainer technology for the military. He helped model and texture a library of military aircraft and vehicles for terrain and flight simulation programs.

Emmy-Award winning producer Aric Hartvig works at WFYI in Indianapolis.

Aric Hartvig is an Emmy-Award winning producer, videographer and editor at WFYI-PBS Indianapolis. He has a BA in Mass Communication/Journalism from Taylor University (’02). Aric currently produces Across Indiana, Indiana Expeditions and Indiana Lawmakers as well as a variety of documentary and public service programming. Aric is also a freelance sports shooter for ESPN, NFL Network and NBA Entertainment for Indianapolis home games.

Aric has contributed to over 20 Emmy-nominated programs and has received 11 Lower Great Lakes Regional Emmy awards for videography, on-camera talent, human interest stories, community affairs reporting and technical achievements.
